Not exactly a healthy choice but something you should probably try in Cincinnati. It seems to be a thing; chilli with spaghetti. The service here is really good. Very friendly and helpful if you're unsure of what's being served. My server was absolutely amazing and very funny. My suggestion is to ask them for a quarter of the cheese they would normally put but the locals around me thought it was odd that I scooped most of it away. Regardless, it is something you should definitely try at least once in your visit.

Great place to get a staple of Cincinnati. Portions are reasonable. My small order filled me up! Staff was friendly & helpful.

As a southerner, I approve of this unique but tasty chili!

Questions & Answers

Yes God I do love Skyline. I eat that or Gold Star 200+ times a year, no exaggeration either.

First of all, you have to understand that the chili here is not what most people typically think of as chili. It's more a sauce for spaghetti or hot dogs. It's also a bit of an acquired taste. Some people love it the first time, some don't, but if you come to like it, you'll probably get cravings for it. By far and away, I think, "3-way" is the best and most popular item on the menu. You can augment by adding beans or chopped onions to make it a 4-way (or both to make a 5-way), but those are really just variations on the 3-way. Like at "In 'n' Out Burger" out west, there are some off-menu variations. 1. You can order any of the above "dry" which means they'll drain some of the watery liquid that collects from the spaghetti and the chili. 2. You can order "inverted," in which case the chili will be ladled over the cheese rather than the normal cheese on top. There are more obvious variations such as extra cheese and extra chili.

In 1949. Skyline is celebrating it's 70th year in 2019.
